Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to grow our retail sales career and help customers find the right Sleep Number solutions. You will match customers with products, explain benefits, and drive satisfaction while hitting sales goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with CRM and POS tools. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected; uncapped commission and bonus potential

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with consultative or relationship-based selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and match customer sleep needs with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and current promotions to drive satisfaction and sales.
• Proactively nurture prospects through outbound calls and build relationships.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver a superior store experience.
• Participate in sales training and coaching to sharpen skills.
