Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking a Retail Sales Team member in Montana. The role focuses on identifying customers' sleep needs and guiding them to Sleep Number products, while applying an entrepreneurial and consultative approach to drive sales.

You will engage customers through phone, text, and email outreach, and participate in ongoing training to grow within the store. Evening and weekend shifts are expected to meet store hours and customer demand.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for consultative selling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a team.
• Flexibility to work store hours, including evenings and weekends (Fri–Sun).

Responsibilities
