Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to engage customers in our Sleep Number showrooms. You will assess individual sleep needs, explain product benefits, and promote current promotions to deliver personalized experiences that drive satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities include outbound calls to prospects, building relationships for repeat and new business, and maintaining an inviting showroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Preferred: consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally commission-driven.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with the right Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, with a focus on building relationships that generate repeat and new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Take part in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen your skills.
