Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking an in-store Sales Associate to engage customers, explain product benefits, and drive sales in our Bellevue showroom. You will match customer sleep needs with Sleep Number products, build relationships, and contribute to a polished store environment.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, with Health, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse customers.
• Goal-oriented, customer-focused attitude and ability to exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
