Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to join our retail team and help customers find Sleep Number products that fit their needs. You will explain product benefits, promotions, and deliver a personalized shopping experience to drive satisfaction and sales.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and adaptability to diverse customers.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude with drive to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized experiences.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
