Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a retail sales associate to help customers find the right Sleep Number products and deliver personalized sleep experiences. You will explain product benefits, promotions, and guide customers through a consultative sales process to exceed goals.

You’ll nurture leads with outbound calls, support showroom presentation, and participate in ongoing training. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in retail or customer-facing roles are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to drive repeat/new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
