Sleep Doctor is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to define and execute the next generation of our e-commerce sleep care products, focusing on CPAP, bedding, and home sleep test solutions. You will provide exceptional customer service, product information, and support to patients across our sleep apnea brands.

You will analyze home sleep test data, recommend devices, and drive therapy adherence while collaborating with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Formación

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2–3 years of DME experience.
• Sleep credential (RRT-SDS or RPSGT) strongly preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot CPAP masks and equipment and provide recommendations.
• Strong patient-focused approach and ability to handle confidential information.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze home sleep test results and communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Provide equipment recommendations based on test results and physician orders.
• Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related equipment aligned with treatment plans.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and therapy adherence.
• Perform virtual demonstrations and educate on equipment use and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize delivery costs and improve service.
