Job summary

Sleep Doctor seeks a Respiratory Therapist / Digital Care professional to define and execute the next generation of our e-commerce sleep health products. You will support CPAP/BiPAP therapies, patient education, and care coordination to ensure optimal treatment alignment with physician orders.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, equipment knowledge, and collaboration across teams while delivering compassionate care to patients using Home Sleep Tests and related devices.

Qualifications

• RRT or Sleep Technologist with 2–3 years of DME experience.
• Troubleshoot CPAP masks and equipment.
• Patient-focused approach with objective alignment.
• Setup and operation of CPAP/BiPAP devices.
• Knowledge of DME/HME for Sleep Apnea products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze home sleep test results and communicate findings to customers.
• Provide equipment recommendations based on results and physician orders.
• Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and therapy adherence.
• Demonstrate and educate patients on equipment use.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize service delivery.
