Sleep Doctor is seeking a Respiratory Therapist/Sleep Technologist to support our e-commerce and sleep-care initiatives. The role emphasizes patient education, product recommendations, and collaboration across teams to enhance customer experience in CPAP and bedding products.

You will perform virtual demonstrations, train customers on equipment, and stay current with DME/HME products while assisting patients and referrals. Hybrid work is offered, with remote options in the US.

Competenze

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) credential required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient-focused approach to care and education.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and recommend appropriate devices.
• Experience with DME/HME products and sleep therapy equipment.

Mansioni

• Analyze home sleep test results and communicate findings to customers.
• Recommend equipment based on test results and physician orders.
• Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and therapy adherence.
• Provide virtual demonstrations and education of respiratory therapy equipment.
• Educate consumers on use of devices and answer inquiries.
