Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Territory Manager to educate providers and grow referrals for OSA therapy across designated territories. You will collaborate with the Regional and Territory Managers to drive awareness and engagement with PCPs, IM, Cardiology, and other relevant providers.

The role requires 2+ years in pharma/med device sales, willingness to travel, and strong communication and presentation skills. Competitive benefits and equity opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Willingness to travel within territory including overnights as needed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and develop referral channels to support territory growth.
• Plan and execute customer targeting sequences weekly.
• Educate PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology and other providers treating OSA.
• Support provider education and referral pathway development with Territory Manager(s).
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of customer engagements and profiles.
• Participate in training for therapy activation and implant procedures as assigned.
