Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional in Florida to drive therapy adoption for OSA treatment. You will educate providers, grow the referral pipeline, and partner with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in pharma/medical device sales, with the ability to travel within the territory and overnights as needed. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in pharma, healthcare or medical device sales.
• Alternative: 4 years minimum sales experience in pharma/healthcare if no degree.
• Ability to travel within territory (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers to grow therapy pipeline and adoption.
• Plan weekly customer targeting sequences.
• Develop physician engagement with PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology and others.
• Support referral channel growth and community education events.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to broaden opportunities and engagements.
• Maintain CRM with logging of customer engagements.
• Provide clinical coverage as needed for therapy activation and implant procedures.
