Sleep Technologist - Sleep Lab (Finance)

Work Schedule: Part-time, 87.5% FTE night shift. Hours will vary between Monday - Friday from 8:00pm - 6:30am, with no weekends required. Hours may vary based on department needs.

We are seeking a Sleep Technologist to:

  1. Collect, analyze, and integrate patient information to identify and meet specific needs.
  2. Interface data outputs of capnographs, oximeters, and respiratory inductive plethysmographs with electrophysiologic amplifiers and computer recorders.
  3. Determine testing parameters in collaboration with physicians or clinical directors, following laboratory protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Polysomnography preferred.
  • Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Experience in a clinical setting required.
  • One year of experience as a Sleep Technologist, Respiratory Therapist, Certified Medical Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • CPR certification required.
  • Registration as a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) must be obtained within two years of hire.
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) preferred.
