About The Position

MedBridge Healthcare is seeking a full-time experienced RPSGT or RRT to work in our Mt. Washington Pediatric Sleep Lab in Baltimore, MD. The position involves providing sleep services 3-4 nights per week from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Competitive hourly rates are available, depending on experience.

MedBridge is a leading provider of sleep laboratory management services and sleep therapy. We partner with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive, fully integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care management of sleep disorders.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating tests and collecting data
• Preparing equipment, recording activities, and analyzing results
• Following proper polysomnographic procedures, including the use of electrodes, sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks
• Analyzing (scoring) clinical events such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and tabulating final data for review
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and laws

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program preferred
• Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as an RPSGT and/or Respiratory Therapist license(s) and MD State License required

Pay range: $38-$42, DOE.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this job include:

• Standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing; specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment
• Operating office equipment with hands
• Lifting/moving up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
