Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to help customers find their dream mattress and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and drive sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic retail environment. Candidates should be able to assist customers in-store and coordinate delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Ability to meet KPIs and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
