Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, demonstrate products, and contribute to a high-quality shopping experience in a busy store environment.

Expect a full-time schedule, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for paid training, benefits, and career growth as part of a growing national retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the company’s selling process and bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience to customers.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain a clean, organized showroom.
