Mattress Warehouse is hiring for a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers in selecting premium mattresses, using our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic system and a consultative selling approach. You will work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with opportunities to earn bonuses and grow within a nationwide retailer.

This role requires energy for a retail schedule including evenings and weekends, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or another language are a plus.
• Comfort with lifting up to 75 pounds and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using a consultative approach.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
• Utilize bedMATCH system to recommend products based on customer needs.
• Maintain showroom and balance daily sales goals.
