Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is looking for motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team of store professionals. You will help customers find the right sleep solutions using bedMATCH and our proven selling process to deliver a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience.

This role may require evenings, holidays, and weekends; you should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses into their vehicles.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading mattress purchases.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our bedMATCH system and proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and high-quality service to customers.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles and help reset the showroom floor.
