Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You’ll work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on delivering exceptional service and educating customers on sleep solutions.

Expect a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, with compensation that may include hourly wages, commissions, bonuses, and a substantial 401(k) match. Training and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• 40–55 hours per week typical.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Sell products using bedMatch system with a low-pressure approach.
• Fluency in English; multilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting premium mattress/bedding products.
• Use bedMatch system to make personalized recommendations.
• Provide education and exceptional customer service to improve sleep quality.
• Operate tablets and POS to complete sales and transactions.
