Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will engage customers, demonstrate our bedMatch diagnostic system, and help shoppers select premium mattress/bedding products in a fast-paced store environment.

You will use tablets and a POS, work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays, and contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented sales floor.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends
• Willingness to work 40–55 hours per week
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading mattresses

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using the bedMatch diagnostic system
• Deliver a relaxed, high-service shopping experience for customers
• Utilize tablets and POS to process transactions and assist customers
