Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find their perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and guide shoppers through product options.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales Consultant role focused on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Willingness to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMATCH diagnostic system and our selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience to improve customers' sleep.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain showroom presentation.
