Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Sell premium mattresses using the bedMATCH diagnostic system, delivering a personalized shopping experience while meeting customers’ sleep needs.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the buying process, maintaining an organized showroom, and assisting with loading purchases. Requires willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Comfort with lifting up to 75 pounds and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Responsabilités

• Sell mattresses and bedding using our bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving customers' sleep.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintaining showroom displays.
