Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers select premium mattresses using bedMatch. You will engage with shoppers, explain features, and close sales in a busy store environment.

Our team embraces a high-energy, customer-first approach with training, a generous hourly wage or commission, bonuses, and a strong 401(k) match. This is a full-time, in-store role with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail hours including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• 40–55 hours per week on a typical 4–5 day schedule.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Comfort with using tablets, mobile POS and our bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using our proven selling process.
• Leverage bedMatch diagnostic system to guide customer choices.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
