Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using bedMATCH and our proven selling process. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment across our nationwide stores.

The role offers a robust compensation package with hourly pay or commission, bonuses, and a generous 401(k) match, plus benefits, vacation and holidays. Evening/weekend shifts apply; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Familiarity with modern retail tech and POS systems is a plus.
• Willingness to provide an educational, low-pressure shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using bedMATCH and our selling process.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
