We seek a Retail Sales Associate to help customers choose mattresses using bedMATCH and our proven selling process. Qualifications

• Experience in retail and customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Familiarity with tablets and POS systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and accessories.
• Demonstrate bedMATCH system and explain sleep solutions.
• Maintain showroom, stock, and floor layout.
