Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants in the United States. You will help customers select premium mattresses using bedMATCH, provide education and ensure a positive shopping experience.

With over 520 stores and 35+ years in the industry, you will join a team-focused environment offering training, benefits, and growth opportunities in a store-based role.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system to find the right product.
• Provide a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Deliver exceptional service, answer questions and guide customers through the purchasing process.
