You will deliver outstanding service, explain product features, and guide shoppers through the purchase process in a high-energy, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or another language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattress products using the bedMatch diagnostic tool.
• Provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and navigating the showroom.
• Use tablets and POS to complete sales and capture customer information.
