Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You’ll contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented store environment with a focus on delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.

With over 520 stores and years in the industry, we offer robust compensation, benefits, and growth through our paid training and learning resources. This is a fulltime position at a Findlay, Ohio location.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with equal fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using our bedMATCH system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
• Engage customers with a relaxed, educational shopping experience.
