• Act as the primary resource for customers shopping for mattresses and sleep products.

• Recommend mattresses and sleep products to create a complete sleep solution.
• Educate customers on differences between mattress types, materials, warranties, durability and performance.
• Mentor fellow associates and share product expertise to elevate customer experience.
