Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and expert sleep solutions. With 520+ stores and 35+ years of industry leadership, we empower you to grow in a family-owned environment that values performance and customer satisfaction.

You will help customers select premium mattresses using the bedMATCH diagnostic system, provide education and guidance, and leverage technology to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Utilize tablets and POS for transactions and product information.
