Job summary

BetterNight is seeking high-performing sleep sales professionals to build a major sleep market in Western Oakland County and surrounding Michigan regions. This hunter role focuses on landing and scaling large, long-term accounts with premium patient experience and aggressive growth in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine.

You will develop top-tier relationships, own your territory as a business, and close large opportunities with providers, while collaborating with internal teams to support growth

Qualifications

• Existing sleep medicine relationships with providers.
• Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups.
• History of building business, not just maintaining accounts.
• Strong field presence and executive communication skills.
• High urgency and competitive drive.
• Ability to operate independently while building partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers.
• Own and develop your territory like a business.
• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities.
• Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory.
• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners.
• Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth.
• Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events.
