Job summary

BetterNight is seeking a Market Manager for the Washington/Oregon sleep market. The role is a pure hunting position focused on landing and scaling large, long-term CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities across a territory with leadership in payer alignment and referral sources.

You will develop relationships with high-volume referring providers, own your territory like a business, and drive growth through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven sleep industry sellers who want to leverage their experience, relationships, and market knowledge to build enterprise-level sleep partnerships with uncapped income potential and no quota caps limiting earnings.
• Ideal candidates may come from Home sleep testing, Pulmonary sales, Sleep therapy, Respiratory/DME leadership, Other products or services from the Sleep Provider industry.
• Top candidates typically have: Existing sleep medicine relationships, Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups, A history of building business, not simply maintaining accounts, Strong field presence and executive communication skills, High urgency and competitive drive, The ability to operate independently while building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers
• Own and develop your territory like a business
• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities
• Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships
• Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory
• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners
• Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth
• Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events
