BetterNight is expanding its sleep sales team in North Carolina, recruiting high-performing professionals to build a premier market. This is a pure hunting role focused on landing and scaling large, long-term CPAP and sleep therapy accounts by developing relationships with top referring providers.

You will own your territory like a business, drive growth through operational excellence, and collaborate with internal teams to support account expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven sleep industry seller with experience building enterprise partnerships.
• Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups.
• Ability to operate independently and build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers.
• Own and develop your territory like a business.
• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities.
• Drive growth through operational excellence and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory.
• Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners.
• Partner with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support growth.
• Represent BetterNight at conferences and provider events.
