Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide Viewing Room network. Sleep Guides provide immersive, high-touch service, educate customers on Saatva mattresses and bedding, and help guests discover products that support better sleep.

You’ll engage customers in person, over the phone or online, maintain a welcoming showroom, and build lasting relationships through knowledgeable assistance and thoughtful follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; willingness to train the right candidate
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to high-quality results
• Comfortable using personal computers and related software, navigating multiple platforms
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
