Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide Viewing Rooms network. Sleep Guides are the heartbeat of each showroom, delivering immersive experiences with our mattress range and answering questions to help customers choose the right sleep solution.

You’ll engage customers in person, on the showroom floor, and via phone or live chat as needed. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail or customer service, excellent communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude; willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, address inquiries, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain timely attendance and be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.
