Job summary

Saatva seeks dedicated Sleep Guides for our nationwide Viewing Room network in the Minneapolis area. Sleep Guides provide immersive, elevated experiences with Saatva mattresses, embodying Saatva luxury with expert product knowledge and helping customers discover the power of a great night’s sleep.

You’ll engage customers in person, answer questions, and troubleshoot on the showroom floor, with weekend availability and a focus on delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
1 year of telecommunications or call-center experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer rapport.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Well-organized with strong multitasking.
Comfortable using PCs and multiple software platforms.
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
