Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the right mattress and setup.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform store duties.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of competing offerings and market advertising.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
