Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience, becoming a trusted sleep authority for customers seeking their dream mattress. You will use digital tools to support omnichannel selling while keeping the customer at the center of every interaction.

You’ll drive sales and KPIs, build relationships, and take advantage of uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match. This is an opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic retail team.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating relationships.

• Monitor competitor advertising and services to stay informed.
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Move heavy items as part of store duties (lift 50+ pounds).
