• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while aligning with company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of competitors and their offerings.
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
