You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel environment, putting the customer at the center and cultivating strong relationships. You’ll drive sales performance, maintain post-purchase relationships, monitor competition, and use social media to boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the in-store customer experience as a trusted sleep authority and provide product knowledge.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel environment.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and put the customer at the center of the experience.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain relationships during and after purchase and address delivery reminders or issues.
• Monitor competition and marketing impacts, and leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
