• Elevate and enhance the customer’s in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Leverage digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
