Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by helping customers find the perfect mattress and improving overall sleep quality.

You will act as a trusted sleep authority, providing product knowledge and using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience that centers the customer.

Base pay or uncapped commissions are offered with benefits such as medical/dental/vision plans and a 401(k) match; applications accepted through 09/30/2026.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
