Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert® to elevate the in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority who helps customers find the right mattress and achieve better sleep.

You will drive sales performance, use digital tools, and support omnichannel initiatives while maintaining customer relationships and upholding company values. Compensation includes base pay with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications
