Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer's in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, delivery reminders).
• Maintain awareness of competition and advertised services by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
