Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience by becoming a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the right mattress for better sleep. You’ll present product knowledge, participate in Mattress Firm selling programs, and support a seamless omnichannel journey that puts the customer at the center.

This role offers uncapped commissions with base pay, on-the-job training opportunities, 401(k) matching, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
