Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the right mattress. You’ll use digital tools and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience with customers at the center.

Responsibilities include building relationships, sharing product knowledge, driving sales KPIs, and maintaining post-purchase relationships while staying aware of competitors and using social media to boost brand awareness.

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matterexpert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs whiledemonstratingcompany values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition,advertisementsand services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positivelyimpactbrand awareness and increase sales.
