Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience and act as a trusted sleep authority, helping customers find their dream mattress with digital tools and omnichannel support.

You will build strong customer relationships, share product knowledge, drive sales KPIs, and assist post-purchase follow-ups while monitoring competition and leveraging social media to boost brand awareness. The role includes lifting 50+ pounds and offers uncapped commissions with a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, deliver reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
