Mattress Firm in Texas is seeking Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience, acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the right mattress with digital tools supporting an omnichannel approach.

You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and drive sales while upholding company values; uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match enhance earnings potential.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Comfort with using digital tools to support sales and omnichannel experiences.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as part of store duties.

Responsabilidades

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
