Accendra Health is hiring a Sleep Coach to deliver exceptional customer service and CPAP therapy guidance to patients. You will coach, educate, and support adherence, using data from manufacturer software to tailor conversations.

This role emphasizes privacy, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive outreach in the first year of therapy. Remote-US work with flexible scheduling and benefits to support patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred.
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare).

Responsabilités

• The Sleep Coach will perform proactive and reactive patient outreach for the first year of CPAP therapy.
• Place and answer inbound/outbound calls to coach, educate, and encourage CPAP therapy.
• Review patient usage data using manufacturer software to drive conversations.
• Discuss therapy effectiveness and troubleshoot equipment with patients.
• Assist with common PAP and mask equipment questions and guide app usage guidance.
• Encourage patients to use manufacturer mobile apps and actively participate in therapy.
• Document patient demographics, physician and notification preferences accurately.
• Record notes and conversations in patient accounts for traceability.
• Suggest improvements to support business growth while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.
