Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Sleep Coach to assist patients with CPAP therapy remotely. You will provide personalized guidance, education, and support during the first year of treatment, helping patients understand their therapy and develop adherence habits.

You will educate on equipment, insurance requirements, cleaning, resupply, and access to resources while collaborating with a remote team to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with patients diagnosed with OSA is preferred.
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to patients during their first full year of CPAP therapy.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to coach, educate, and encourage patients.
• Identify barriers to therapy use and provide practical tools to overcome them.
• Review patient usage data to guide conversations.
• Educate patients on equipment, insurance requirements, cleaning, and resupply.
