Job summary

Regency Management Services is hiring Sleep Coaches in Sterling, VA to help customers find better sleep solutions through our sleep technologies and mattress fittings. The role offers a guaranteed hourly base with commissions and monthly bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll train in sleep product knowledge, educate customers, and provide personalized recommendations while delivering outstanding service. Growth opportunities are available across our brand family.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, especially in furniture, is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to grow.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive sales training program focused on sleep products.
• Educate customers on Ashley mattresses and sleep products.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and professionalism.
• Create a welcoming in-store environment and meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with visuals and operations teams to maintain showroom.
• Support guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
• Address customer concerns professionally and empathetically.

• Guaranteed hourly rate & base pay

What You’ll Do

• Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program focused on understanding sleep needs and sleep conditions
• Educate customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer’s comfort and lifestyle needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
• Create a welcoming and engaging in-store environment
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a clean, efficient, and inviting showroom
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up
• Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

• Retail sales or leadership experience preferred (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS, but not required)
• Bilingual candidates are a PLUS!
• Passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
